That's why we confirm that these shares belong to you (and not another person with a similar name) by comparing the information you provide us with the succession orders from the Māori Land Court. This can take 1 - 6 weeks. It depends on a number of things, including how much data you've given us and how much data we already have or are able to get from the Māori Land Court. |
| Will you let me know when I've been granted access as an owner/trustee? | Yes, once we've completed our research and confirmed your ownership details, we'll send you an email to let you know that you've been granted full access to whenua where you're an owner or trustee. |

You can helps us by send us a copy of the court orders detailing your succession. Te Tumu Paeroa administers roughly 7% of Māori land, so it's also possivle that we don't manage any whenua that you have shares in. You can use the search on māorilandonline or contact the Māori Land Court to find out who's managing your whenua. |
| How do I add or remove whenua to my account? | Use the search bar on the 'Whenua' form to add or remove whenua that you're connected to. |
